Account Bans

• Using a single account to complete offers from multiple IP addresses.
• Completing offers on another person's account.
• Using any kind of VPN, VPS, or emulator software.
• Completing several offers in a short timeframe.
• Engaging in suspicious offers known for high chargeback rates.

Payment Holds

We maintain the right to temporarily hold your payment if our review team deems your account activity suspicious. Payments may be held for up to 90 days if related to offer completion issues.

Offer Holds

We can temporarily hold offer credits if a survey exceeds a user's credit limit. This may last up to 90 days after offer completion.

Coins

All "currency" values on this app/site are represented by Coins. Coins do not equate to any real-life value and can only be used for our withdrawal options.

Refund Policy

Refunds may be processed if the app/site has made an error. However, issues related to third-party services such as PayPal, Coinbase, Binance, or BTC are not eligible for refunds from us. Please contact the provider to resolve those issues.

We cannot refund coins for withdrawals to banned or limited PayPal accounts. However, if you arrange a transaction refund with PayPal, we can refund your coins upon receiving the funds back into our account.
